Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. summarize the scholarly and empirical evidence that exists from the school psychology literature on professional ethics preparation;
  2. identify components of evidence-based ethics instruction based on research from parallel professions and strategies for implementation of evidence-based ethics instruction; and
  3. engage in critical dialogue regarding how to advance the field by creating an infrastructure to support school psychologists' understanding of professional ethics.

Description

This poster presentation will review the scholarly and empirical literature for professional ethics preparation in school psychology and will engage participants in an interactive discussion regarding evidence-based ethics instruction.
