This session will help participants…

  1. understand effective models for school-based doctoral internships.
  2. identify ways that school-based training sites can meet criteria for APPIC membership and obtain APA accreditation.
  3. collaborate with other training sites in order to facilitate the exchange of ideas about best practices in training.

Description

Learn from internship trainer/supervisors about school-based doctoral internships, including requirements for APPIC and APA approval of internship programs and examples from experience. There will be discussion and opportunity for collaboration.
