  3. identify evidence-based interventions that align with the assessment of school refusal behavior.
  4. recommend a plan to assess, intervene, and monitor school refusal behavior.
  5. determine current limitations in the available research and how that impacts the successful identification and treatment of school refusal behavior.

Description

School refusal impacts academic and social–emotional progress. The process of assessing and intervening with school refusal behavior will be discussed. Participants will have the opportunity to work through case studies.
