Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. learn what prosocial teasing is and how it differs from behaviors such as bullying;
  2. see descriptive results of a research study to learn how late adolescents engage in prosocial teasing; and
  3. learn implications of assessment and awareness of prosocial teasing for practice with youth.

Description

School psychologists will learn about prosocial teasing and a new way to measure these behaviors with late adolescents through study results.
