Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. learn about relevant factors that are associated with teacher well-being;
  2. understand relations between organizational and individual factors of well-being among practicing teachers; and
  3. engage in critical thinking and dialogue surrounding concrete actions and initiatives schools can take to address teacher well-being.

Description

Results will be presented and discussed with the goal of providing a nuanced understanding of relevant factors and concrete actions that can be taken within schools to enhance teacher well-being.
