  2. list intrapersonal, interpersonal, and societal factors (including oppressive ideologies and societal structures) relating to and resulting from one’s experience of impostor syndrome.
  3. describe strategies for dismantling impostor syndrome.

Description

Impostor syndrome disproportionately affects early career professionals, women, and people of color because of oppressive societal ideology. This session will engage participants in solution-focused dialogue around dismantling impostor syndrome.
