  1. summarize the rationale for implementing virtual mindfulness and SEL intervention with students;
  2. name advantages and challenges of implementing virtual intervention;
  3. learn about factors that impacted the virtual implementation of intervention and how they were adjusted to enhance quality of implementation; and
  4. apply findings from this study to their own virtual intervention implementation.

Description

This presentation describes the implementation of virtual mindfulness and SEL intervention with ninth grade students. Aspects of adaptation, logistics of implementation, and considerations for future virtual implementation will be discussed.
