  1. advocate for districts to get adequate funding for staffing;
  2. describe the need for training programs to partner with underserved districts for internship opportunities; and
  3. assess what their core needs are when accepting positions within districts.

Description

This study aims to look at how graduate education programs can encourage school psychology students to work in traditionally underserved school districts through looking at common concerns of recent graduates.
