This session will help participants…

  1. describe use of writing CBM tasks on screening and progress monitoring the writing of K–12 students;
  2. describe evidence-based writing interventions for K–12 students as measured by writing CBM tasks; and
  3. describe potential moderators of intervention effects, such as age of students or type of intervention.

Description

We present a meta-analysis of 42 studies and a total of 205 students. Interventions led to gradual changes in K–12 writing fluency. Attendees will learn evidence-based techniques for writing.
