Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. explore how play-based learning versus standard didactic instruction differentially supports learning for elementary-age students with executive functioning challenges;
  2. inform practitioners how they can modify evidence-based social–emotional curricula to best support students across different behavioral presentations and challenges in the classroom; and
  3. emphasize the strengths and weaknesses of the Superflex® social–emotional curriculum across different student needs and learning objectives.
