This session will help participants…

  1. explain the importance of school climate, social norms, and bystander intervention for student well-being;
  2. understand the differences between perceptions of school climate, peer attitudes, and likelihood to intervene based on racial identity and sexual orientation in high school students; and
  3. identify how to better support students of minoritized backgrounds in fostering more positive perceptions of their peers and school.

Description
