This session will help participants…

  1. describe the process of developing a school–university partnership in regards to implementing trauma-informed practices to high-need schools;
  2. discuss strategies to assess the individual social and emotional needs of students, teachers, and staff within a local school district; and
  3. define the challenges and best practices in consulting school administrators, educators, and staff on how to implement a trauma-informed and restorative practice framework at their school.
