  1. describe the importance of social support needs for peer mentorship programming in relation to Domain 4 of the NASP Practice Model;
  2. analyze the benefits, strengths, and needs of peer mentoring programs for students with disabilities in relation to Domain 7 of the NASP Practice Model; and
  3. describe the possible improvements for mentor training and development.

Description

Evaluating peer mentorship programs (PMP) for students with disabilities is critical in enhancing and exploring inclusive programming. Learn and identify social support and PMP satisfaction in order to implement improvements.
