  1. describe how open educational resources can be used to assist fiscal support systems as outlined of the NASP Practice Model;
  2. analyze the effect of an open educational resource course in colleges with a large population of minority and low-income students; and
  3. examine how open educational resources impact achievement gaps in higher education.

Description

Open educational resources (OER) have the same student outcomes as traditional textbooks. Learn about the impact of OER on students’ performance at colleges with larger populations of at-risk students.
