PO333: A Novel Synthesis of Single-Case Design Reading Intervention Effects

  • PMD: 1
  • Cost: Included in Registration
  • Skill Level: Intermediate
  • Poster Session 8: Promoting Academic Success

Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. compare regression and nonparametric effects of single-case reading interventions;
  2. analyze how participant and study variables impact study effects; and
  3. describe how results apply to reading intervention implementation in practice.

Description

This research synthesis provides an understanding of reading intervention effects from studies employing SCD by comparing regression-based and nonparametric effect sizes, and examining study variables moderating reading intervention outcomes.
