  2. understand the impact of racial stressors on school psychologists of color on their self-efficacy; and
  3. understand the relationship between racial stressors and race-based trauma symptoms.

Description

School psychologists of color may encounter racial stressors in their workplaces. This study provides insight to the racial stressors they experience and the impact of racial stressors.
