This session will help participants…
- apply the IDEA Part C system of care to provide comprehensive developmental assessment and early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities, and their families;
- advocate for pediatric school psychologists to serve as behavior health specialists in providing Part C services to infants and young children; and
- assess ways to incorporate additional graduate training experiences for students interested in pursuing this type of professional opportunity.
Description
Pediatric school psychologists provide collaborative support to professionals and parents in Part C early intervention programs. Learn how to incorporate training experiences focused on developmental services for infants and toddlers.
