  3. design a transition plan for students returning from psychiatric residential treatment which considers the needs of their unique schools and families.

Description

Discuss current practices for transitioning students from psychiatric residential treatment back to school. Learn methods to collaborate with families and agencies, ease the transition process, and improve student outcomes.
