Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. describe components of comprehensive school mental health clinical services and how they may apply in multitiered systems of support;
  2. identify tools to analyze the impact of school mental health systems and practices; and
  3. explain the importance of building community partnerships to overcome a lack of resources for mental and behavioral health systems.

Description

School-based mental health practitioners can increase access to services. Important data on tiered approaches, referral patterns, treatment outcomes, and satisfaction from six school-based mental health clinics will be shared.
