Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. learn practical tools and strategies to establish universal positive behavioral policies and practices (Tier 1) within their schools;
  2. acquire a deep understanding of MTSS implementation for behavioral practices including the ability to utilize data effectively in decision-making processes;
  3. explore evidence-based interventions (Tiers 2 and 3) to address individual student needs and develop skills to implement targeted interventions and evaluate their impact;
  4. gain skills and a timeline for teacher capacity building through professional development; and
  5. be equipped with resources, including sample forms, charts, and data collection tools.
