  2. understand the extent to which raters are consistent in their ratings over time; and
  3. consider the best methods for reducing rater effects and improving rater consistency over time.

Description

Raters may be inconsistent over time, but training and statistical adjustment methods can help. This study investigates different ways to mitigate rater effects on direct behavior ratings.
