  1. understand the role of research methodology in gaining estimates of children's screen time use (i.e., self-report, daily diary, device record);
  2. understand the relationship between children's screen time and social–emotional development in a Canadian clinical sample; and
  3. understand the role of screen time in child development using bioecological theory.

Description

This presentation seeks to inform school psychologists about screen time impacts on children's socialemotional well-being in a Canadian clinical sample using bioecological theory to contextualize the results.
