  1. learn about "social media rumination" and its impact on the mental well-being of youth;
  2. learn about the Social Media Rumination Scale and the methodological approach employed in the study to further develop this measure; and
  3. identify instances of social media rumination in youth and generate insights that could lead to the formulation of tailored intervention strategies to mitigate its effects on youth mental health.
