This session will help participants…

  1. learn about the development of a measure for sustainability for a trauma-informed school intervention;
  2. understand key features of sustainability for trauma-informed schools; and
  3. discover what 33 pre-K–8 schools learned about trauma-informed school sustainability.

Description

To understand how schools sustain trauma-informed approaches past initial intervention, a measure was developed and tested using 33 schools. The resultant 22-item measure showed adequate psychometric properties.
