  1. learn strategies to increase recruitment and retention of diverse students within graduate training programs;
  2. recognize and understand the distinct experiences of students from marginalized backgrounds during their graduate training; and
  3. identify sources of support that students of marginalized backgrounds reported to be beneficial in creating an inclusive learning environment.
