- understand the background and rationale for the development of the DBR-CM as well as preliminary validity evidence supporting its proposed interpretations and uses;
- evaluate the utility of G-Theory approach to accumulating psychometric defensibility evidence; and
- evaluate the validity evidence supporting DBR-CM use to assess educator use of classroom management practices across varied educational settings.
Description
This study examined the use of confirmatory factor analytic-based and generalizability theory approaches to multitrait, multimethod modeling in the accumulation of validity evidence supporting the Direct Behavior Rating-Classroom Management (DBR-CM).
