This session will help participants…

  1. understand the impact of family dynamics, self-efficacy, parental education, and romantic relationships on alcohol consumption among middle school students;
  2. gain insights about the moderating effects of self-efficacy, family relationships, and romantic involvement on the correlation between parental education and students' alcohol consumption; and
  3. learn about evidence-based interventions and prevention strategies to address underage adolescent alcohol consumption and help educators to promote and support positive outcomes in middle school students.

This study examines the impact of family dynamics, self-efficacy, parental education, and romantic relationships on middle school students' alcohol consumption, aiming to inform intervention and prevention efforts.
