This session will help participants…

  1. critically examine and evaluate their existing universal screening practices to identify areas of improvement in terms of cultural responsiveness and equity;
  2. gain the skills and knowledge to integrate a culturally responsive and wholistic framework into the interpretation and utilization of universal screening data; and
  3. develop and implement a plan of action to enhance the cultural responsiveness of their school's universal screening practices, including the use of resources and strategies to support sustainable change and ongoing improvement.
