  1. define the construct of school racial climate and why it is important to measure in student climate surveys;
  2. list three weaknesses in the current research literature and measurement tools on school climate as it relates to racial equity; and
  3. articulate at least one new direction for their own work as it relates to considering school racial climate in research, policy, or practice.
