This session will help participants…

  1. explore the concept of a virtual, tiered support framework and system and its potential to build teacher capacity and readiness for successful adoption of effective classroom behavior management strategies;
  2. discuss the impact of specific, evidence-based strategies and online components for increasing teacher engagement in and application of evidence-based behavior management practices; and
  3. understand the preferred methods and types of resources and development tools for supporting their behavior and classroom management skills, according to teachers.

Description

Explore a virtual system to increase teachers' behavior management skill efficacy. It addresses implementation barriers and integrates motivational and other helpful features such as automated personalized feedback with linked resources.
