Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. describe the role of the school psychologist as a coach/consultant in implementation of PBIS;
  2. define how equity, inclusion, and belonging influence the school/district context, when considering marginalized and minoritized students and families; and
  3. engage in equity-focused, data-based decision making.

Description

PBIS is a preventive framework to achieve positive school climates. This workshop will describe ways to embed equity, inclusion, and belonging in MTSS/PBIS to ensure every learner thrives.
