Christopher Barclay, PhD, BCBA, NCSP, is an Educational and Behavioral Consultant at EASTCONN’s Psychological and Behavioral Consultation Services department. He received his BS with research honors from Georgia State University and worked as a counselor for the nationally acclaimed Summer Treatment Program at the Center for Children and Families in Miami. He was awarded the Delores Auzenne Fellowship to attend the University of South Florida, where he earned his EdS and PhD in school psychology and completed an interdisciplinary training program at the Florida Center for Inclusive Communities, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. Dr. Barclay is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Connecticut, teaching a graduate level course on single-case research design. He has experience collaborating with teachers, families, and leadership teams in the implementation of evidence-based practices in general education, special education, pediatric, clinical, and recreational settings.
