NASP Student Leaders

Prospective Student Leaders

Are you from one of the 150+ school psychology graduate education programs currently participating in the NASP Student Leader program?

NASP Student Leaders connect NASP to their school psychology graduate education programs by devoting 2–3 hours a month to:

  • Sharing information and monthly updates with the students in their program
  • Serving as point-people in their program for advocacy, school psychology awareness, and NASP activities
  • Having opportunities to share perspectives in NASP publications, leading online discussions, and presenting at convention

To get started, e-mail students@naspweb.org to find out if your graduate program currently has continuing Student Leaders so you can reach out to them about becoming part of the team, or taking over for a Student Leader who doesn’t plan to continue next year. If your program does not have a current Student Leader, or is looking to fill an open slot for next year, ask your program’s Faculty Sponsor to nominate you!

Note. Either Faculty Sponsors or Student Leaders may complete the form. The form will need to be completed for each Student Leader participating in the program. Student Leaders must also have a NASP account. Call the NASP office at 301-657-0270 or e-mail students@naspweb.org with questions about creating an account or locating your existing account information.
