By checking this acknowledgement, I consent to, authorize and permit the National Association of School Psychologists, Inc. (“NASP”) and its subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, to use and reproduce in any format: (i) my picture, including photographic, motion picture and electronic video images, and (ii) my voice, including sound and video recordings taken of me (collectively referred to herein as the “Material”).

I hereby grant NASP the right to use, publish and reproduce the Material in any and all media. I understand the Material will be used solely for educational purposes and other purposes related to the mission of NASP, and not for any commercial gain. The Materials may appear on the NASP website, in NASP publications, podcasts, or any other media now known or to be invented.

I further grant NASP all right, title and interest that I may have in the Material, as well reproductions and copies of the Material, and further grant NASP the right to license, transfer and exhibit the Material for educational purposes.

Since anyone can download an image from the Internet or make copies from printed materials, I agree that NASP will be not responsible for unauthorized use of the Material by a third party. I waive my right to inspect and/or approve photographs, audio, video, multimedia, recordings and other electric media that may use the Material. I am aware that I am not entitled to any compensation related to NASP’s use of the Material.
