Notes
We currently offer 6 students in each cohort a fellowship through our Puentes Fellowship. This includes full tuition coverage and an annual $10,000 stipend. Three newly admitted students each year receive a 3-year funding package. This includes a GA/TA position with a $28,000 stipend for 19.5 hours of work over the 9-month academic calendar and tuition remission (24-credits in year 1 and 2, 21 credits in year 3). Funding in year 4 is common but not guaranteed.

The 2010 NASP Standards for Graduate Preparation of School Psychologists defines a school setting as “…one in which the primary goal is the education of students of diverse backgrounds, characteristics, abilities, disabilities, and needs. Generally, a school setting includes students who are enrolled in Grades pre-K–12 and has both general education and special education services. The school setting has available an internal or external pupil services unit that includes at least one state-credentialed school psychologist and provides a full range of school psychology services.”
