Project BEAMS

Project BEAMS provides UTSA school psychology students the opportunity to participate in specialized professional development in school based mental health from experts in the field. With project BEAMS,
Students are able to immediately support the San Antonio community by providing mental health services in the Southwest Independent School District.

Project DEEP
Funding Package = $10,000
Project DEEP aims to co-educate aspiring teachers of the deaf, and future school psychologists via interdisciplinary training preparation.
DEEP scholars will learn and practice working with children who are deaf and/or hard of hearing.

Project EARLY

Project EARLY's goal is to increase the quantity and quality of culturally-responsive early childhood specialists trained to identify and provide interventions for infants and toddlers at-risk for or diagnosed with autism.
