Dr. Ferial Pearson is an associate professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha who has taught at the high school and university levels. She and her students founded the Secret Kindness Agents Project. She researches peace, justice, and kindness education, as well as intersectionality in critical, trauma informed, and culturally sustainable pedagogies.
