  1. increased awareness of race-related stress (RRS) and its impacts on Black students.
  2. recognize the needs within Black communities, strategies to create more inclusion, and ways to prevent RRS to improve mental health and academic support systems for Black students
  3. best practices to support individual needs that result from RRS , particularly in the teaching of specific coping skills that have been found to help students experiencing RRS
