  2. discuss the impact of interdisciplinary care programs on quality of life for individuals with concussions; and
  3. identify barriers and facilitators of concussion treatment and recovery.

This poster will share results of a mixed methods study on interdisciplinary supports and quality of life during concussion recovery for transition-age youth and young adults.
