This session will help participants…

  1. describe the four common metrics used to assess rate of improvement using Written Expression - Curriculum Based Measures;
  2. compare rate of improvement differences between students with and without disabilities; and
  3. evaluate how WE-CBM data could be used in helping determine special education eligibility.

Description

Writing skills need to be monitored to demonstrate improvement and determine intervention effectiveness. Learn how WE-CBM can be used to monitor the growth in general and special education populations.
