This session will help participants…

  1. learn how to implement mindfulness-based interventions with teachers and their students;
  2. understand how mindfulness-based interventions can potentially reduce teacher stress and increase student prosocial behavior; and
  3. evaluate important components of mindfulness-based interventions in schools such as fidelity, feasibility, and cultural adaptations.
