  2. evaluate the degree to which responsiveness to intervention data are comparable for diverse populations.
  3. understand how these data can be used for evaluating specific learning disabilities.

Description

Three studies of the psychometric qualities of rate of improvement indices and eligibility decisions made using them are reviewed. Implications for practitioners and future research are shared.
