  2. apply knowledge of evidence-based teamwork strategies in their daily practices; and
  3. advocate for policies and practices which prioritize positive and proactive communication among employees at all administrative levels.

Description

This poster describes the community-partnered adaptation and implementation of TeamSTEPPS, an evidence-based teamwork intervention, to improve team functioning and provision of services, for school-based mental health teams.
