This session will help participants…

  1. learn about the availability of and common barriers to accessing mental health care in postsecondary settings;
  2. understand unique perspectives of students with identified disabilities and mental health diagnoses; and
  3. discuss the needs of both high school students and multidisciplinary teams in planning for postsecondary transitions.
