- address barriers to restraint policy implementation;
- implement appropriate recommendations for practice and policy to support positive outcomes for students subjected to restraint, as aligned to the NASP Practice Model to promote safe and supportive schools; and
- design professional development for teachers implementing restraint policies and procedures.
