  2. address barriers to restraint policy implementation;
  3. implement appropriate recommendations for practice and policy to support positive outcomes for students subjected to restraint, as aligned to the NASP Practice Model to promote safe and supportive schools; and
  4. design professional development for teachers implementing restraint policies and procedures.
