This session will help participants…

  1. learn about the process of implementing a new social skills group in a private school which has had no previous experience implementing small social–emotional skill groups;
  2. learn about different social skills that can facilitate making friends for elementary-age students; and
  3. learn about the efficacy of SST-based interventions and social validity of implementing a small social skills group in a private school setting.
