This session will help participants…

  1. understand the importance of job demands and resources among early childhood educators and its relation to stress mindset;
  2. identify and determine the efficacy of existing resources and individualizing implementation of resources; and
  3. find ways to reduce differences in adverse outcomes in teachers and children that were exacerbated by the effects of the pandemic.

Description

The purpose of this study was to examine stress-mindset in early childhood teachers in relation to perceived job demands and resources since the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting interventions that promote teachers.
