Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. help school psychologists increase their capacity to be effective collaborators in designing literacy instruction that meets the needs of all students;
  2. identify evidence-based practices for managing student behavior while providing effective literacy instruction; and
  3. demonstrate the ability to adapt curriculum and instruction to meet the needs, preferences, and strengths of students with behavioral challenges in literacy instruction.
