  2. learn how school-based interventions for adolescents may reduce the risk of eating disorders; and
  3. identify three mind–body strategies that promote positive embodiment and positive body image in youth.

How can schools help prevent eating disorders? Learn how to build skills for positive body image, emotional regulation, mindful self-care, self-compassion, and resilience to enhance overall health and well-being.
