Learner Objectives

This session will help participants…

  1. better understand the complexity of harm caused by racial and intersectional microaggressions;
  2. learn specific strategies used in our evidence-based programs to address racial and intersectional microaggressions in the moment; and
  3. think through how this type of program could be used within their own work or school setting.

Description

Few interventions are available to equip targets and allies with strategies in addressing harmful microaggressions toward minoritized people. A new program designed to fill this gap, Respect4All, will be presented.
